Hello, I'm Stefan Raab, and together with my wonderful wife Sonja, we founded Holy Moly Ice Cream in Cape Coral. On May 29th, the moment finally arrived: We opened the doors of our ice cream parlor and introduced our customers to Spaghetti Ice Cream, a special delicacy from my childhood.

For those wondering what Spaghetti Ice Cream is: It's a unique gelato that's pressed through a special machine to produce long, pasta-like strands. This ice cream holds a special place in my heart, as it's highly valued in the German community. In fact, it was invented in 1969 by Dario Fontanella in his hometown of Mannheim, Germany. As a child, it was always a highlight for me to enjoy Spaghetti Ice Cream once a month.

During a visit to Germany about a year ago, Sonja and I stumbled upon a shop that offered this special ice cream in my hometown. This experience inspired us to bring the concept to Cape Coral, where we already run the Raabery Ink Society, a successful tattoo and piercing studio.

Our Holy Moly Ice Cream Shop is located on Del Prado Boulevard in the Chelsea Place unit. We're proud to present our customers with a modernized ice cream shop. And the best part? You can watch as your orders are prepared right before your eyes in our open kitchen.

We offer a variety of gelato flavors and creations, from the classic version to other popular options like Choco Loco and cheesecake.
